Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from LANBENA USA ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not indicate that your order has been shipped, only that it has been received.
Shipping Confirmation: When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard International Shipping (ePacket):
• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-12 business days from ship date
• Total Estimated Delivery: 6-14 business days from order placement
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on:
• Destination country and region
• Customs clearance procedures
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Public holidays in destination country
• Address accuracy and accessibility
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations
International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide via ePacket delivery service.
Restricted Locations: We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions, military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for alternatives), or countries subject to international trade restrictions or embargoes.
Address Requirements: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
• Full recipient name
• Street address (no P.O. boxes where restricted)
• City, state/province
• Postal/ZIP code
• Country
• Contact phone number
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination address
• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping method selected
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Free Shipping Promotions: When applicable, free shipping thresholds and terms will be clearly stated at checkout. Free shipping offers may be subject to geographic restrictions.

5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking at no additional cost.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
Tracking Limitations: While we provide tracking for all shipments, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of tracking information. International tracking may have limited visibility once the package enters the destination country.

6. International Shipping Terms
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are:
• The sole responsibility of the recipient
• Not included in the product price or shipping cost
• Collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery
• Non-refundable and cannot be waived by LANBENA
Customs Clearance: International orders must clear customs in the destination country. Delays in customs clearance are beyond our control and may extend delivery times. We are not responsible for customs delays or rejected shipments due to import restrictions.
Customs Documentation: All international shipments include proper customs forms with accurate product descriptions and declared values as required by law.
Import Restrictions: Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported into their country. We are not responsible for orders seized or rejected by customs authorities.

7. Delivery & Receipt
Signature Requirements: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Unattended Delivery: If your address allows unattended delivery, packages may be left at the door. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
Delivery Confirmation: Packages are considered delivered once confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. It is the customer's responsibility to:
• Provide a secure delivery location
• Monitor tracking information
• Retrieve packages promptly after delivery
• Report missing packages within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the last update, or if a package appears lost, contact us at support@lanbenausa.com. We will:
• Initiate an investigation with the carrier
• Provide updates on the investigation status
• Offer a replacement or refund once the package is confirmed lost by the carrier
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:
• Do not discard the packaging
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours at support@lanbenausa.com
• Include your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
Missing Items:
If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@lanbenausa.com with your order number and details of missing items.
Liability Limitation: Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

9. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us immediately at support@lanbenausa.com. We will accommodate changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or recall the package. You may contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request address changes or delivery holds (carrier policies vary).
Address Correction Fees: If the carrier charges address correction fees due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, these fees will be the customer's responsibility.

10. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We make every effort to ship orders promptly, but we are not liable for delays caused by:
• Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions
• Customs clearance procedures

• Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
• Government actions or restrictions
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of significant delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide updates when available.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim a package, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs (original and return)
• Reshipping will require a new order and payment of shipping costs
