Processing Time

International Shipping Information

Customs Declaration:

Restricted Countries:
Due to shipping regulations, we currently cannot ship to certain countries. If your country is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential and commercial addresses worldwide.

We cannot ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (in some regions)

Address Accuracy:

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Look for delivery notices
• Check around your property (porches, garages, etc.)
• Contact your local post office with the tracking number
• Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
• Contact us if still not received after 24 hours

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the packaging and product
2. Contact us at support@lanbenausa.com within 48 hours
3. Include your order number and photos
4. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Wrong Items Received:
Contact us immediately at support@lanbenausa.com with your order number and photos of the items received. We'll resolve this quickly!
